Contra Vision appoints new global head of marketing

Debbie Harrington has been hired by window film manufacturer, Contra Vision, to lead its global marketing strategy, as part of plans to strengthen its market presence

Debbie Harrington comes to the role with marketing leadership experience across a range of sectors

Contra Vision has officially announced the appointment of Debbie Harrington as its new head of marketing.

Harrington, who joined the team at the start of the year, will be responsible for leading the global marketing strategy of the window film brand, overseeing brand development, communications, and customer engagement across key international markets.

Commenting on her appointment, Harrington says: “I’m excited to join Contra Vision at such a pivotal time for the business.

“I am especially looking forward to amplifying the brand across our key markets and working alongside the team to position Contra Vision as the global leader in one-way vision perforated films.”

Contra Vision is most recognised in the industry for its perforated window films which create ‘one-way vision’, allowing graphics to be displayed on the outside of a window while maintaining a clear view from the inside.

The company has outlined several key strategic objectives including aims to expand its international presence, evolve its product portfolio with a focus on new and sustainable substrates, and solidify its status as a global leader in perforated window films.

Harrington has previously worked in industries including automotive, direct selling, and logistics, coming to the role with significant experience in marketing leadership and brand strategy from companies including International Luxury Group (ILG), Kinaxia Logistics, and Bentley Motors.

In a statement following her appointment, Contra Vision says: “Harrington is known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach and will work alongside the sales teams to drive business growth, in alignment with the board of directors.”

Contra Vision’s managing director, Roger Hill, adds: "Debbie’s experience and vision make her a great addition to our leadership team. Her ability to translate our commercial goals into a tangible marketing strategy will be instrumental as we continue to expand our global footprint.”
