Signs & Imaging (South East) has installed a second Epson SureColor printer at its Gillingham headquarters, after reporting impressive reliability and output from the first machine
Signs & Imaging (South East) has expanded its wide-format production capacity with the installation of an Epson SureColor S9100 eco-solvent printer, which was supplied by print supplier, SEDO Large Format Solutions.
The new installation joins a fleet of print solutions that includes an Epson S80600, also purchased from SEDO, with the new Epson purchase reportedly based on the S80600’s reliable performance.
Dean Johnson, managing director of Signs & Imaging, says: “We love our Epson S80600, and the new S9100 is the natural addition. The printer has seen us through an exciting period of growth, and we are now ready to take the next step with a very impressive looking new machine.”
Speaking about his expectations for the S9100, Johnson continues: “We are very confident that the new Epson S9100 will provide enhanced capabilities, allowing us to produce more vibrant colours for our clients. We’re looking forward to seeing exactly what this machine can do and how it will help us deliver an even better range of solutions and services for our customers.”
The 64” S9100 printer, which was released by Epson last year, comes with 11 colours, including the addition of a new green ink which was added with the aim of delivering smoother gradations.
The company is adding the S9100 to an existing setup that includes a Summa D160 cutter, Summa F1612 flatbed cutter, Neschen laminator, Canon Arizona flatbed, and Onyx RIP software.
