The Sign Show 2025 opened today alongside The Print Show at the NEC in Birmingham

After more than 18 months in the making, The Sign Show finally opened its doors today at the NEC in Birmingham, welcoming professionals from across the industry to a showcase of UK sign-making.
The all-new event is taking place alongside the co-located The Print Show in Hall 3 of the NEC in Birmingham from September 23rd to 25th, with entrance free to all visitors.
Year one of the new show sees plenty of innovation, with HP, Roland DG, and Hybrid Services (Mimaki) among the leading names on the exhibitor list, alongside signage-specific suppliers such as EFKA, Signgeer, and Sign Making Tools.
The aisles of Hall 3 are already buzzing, with visitors enjoying live demonstrations of new kit and solutions, as well as the opportunity to speak with and take advice from some of the leading minds in UK signage.
“We’re really delighted with the initial response to The Sign Show,” says event director, Chris Davies, who continues: “Launching a new event is always a challenging endeavour but from what we have seen so far in the hall, it’s going down very well with visitors.
“We worked really closely with signage professionals, industry trade organisations, and the trade press to ensure we delivered an event that catered to the demand and needs of UK signage companies. It certainly looks like we have done this, with good levels of footfall in the opening few hours.”
While exhibitor stands will be the first ports of call for those in attendance, there is plenty else going on in Hall 3 for those in attendance to experience.
The three special areas in The Sign Show – the School of Wrap, Neon Insights, and Traditional Sign-Making Masterclass – will be running all day, every day, allowing visitors to try their hand at everything from vehicle and architectural wrapping to neon bending and signwriting.
In addition, the Knowledge Zone in The Print Show will be hosting insightful sessions each day of the show, with a focus on key talking points such as sustainability, automation, AI, and drawing young people to the print and signage industries.
Anyone interested in attending can register for free upon arrival at the NEC and gain access to both events. Hall 3 is in easy reach of Birmingham International railway station, while parking is available close to the hall.
