Hybrid Services used The Print Show 2024 to host the European launch of the Mimaki CJV200 solvent printer/cutter

Hybrid Services, the exclusive distributor for Mimaki in both the UK and Ireland, will exhibit at The Sign Show this year, with plans to showcase a range of printers to visitors from the print and sign-making markets.

Hybrid has announced that it will use its stand at the inaugural edition of The Sign Show this year for the UK and Irish launch of the new Mimaki UJV300DTF-75.

A compact, UV DTF printer, Hybrid says the machine enables the easy creation of premium decals, bespoke branding and personalisation. Key attributes the ability to print on film at a resolution of up to 1200dpi, while it runs in six colours and can print at widths of up to 640mm.

Alongside the Mimaki UJV300DTF-75, visitors to the Hybrid Services stand will be able to view and explore a selection of Mimaki’s latest solvent printers, print-and-cut solutions and flatbed technologies. The Hybrid team will be on hand to run live demonstrations and offer expert advice to attendees about all machines on the stand.

“Mimaki’s track record for innovation speaks for itself, and in its 50th anniversary year, that momentum continues,” comments Andy Gregory, sales director at Hybrid Services, adding: “We’ll be bringing a range of the latest Mimaki technologies to the show – all designed to offer our customers creative, reliable, and profitable solutions that drive their businesses forward.

“As Mimaki’s exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland, The Sign Show offers a fantastic platform for Hybrid to showcase the latest technology from the Japanese manufacturer.”

Gregory also addressed the event as a whole, welcoming the decision from organiser, Link Exhibitions, to launch a show dedicated to sign-making in the UK.

“Hybrid has proudly supported The Print Show since it began, and we’re excited to now embrace this new event, which places the sign industry front and centre. It’s a great opportunity to connect with an even broader audience and demonstrate what Mimaki has to offer.”

With this, Gregory issued a call for the industry to support the new event in its inaugural year. He says that this will help establish the exhibition on the UK calendar as an annual gathering for the market, allowing it to grow and evolve into an even bigger event over the coming years.

“We know how precious time is for sign-makers and print professionals, so we’re committed to making every visit worthwhile.”

Hybrid Services will feature on Stand S110 near the entrance to Hall 3 of the NEC.
