Absolute White features new dispersion technology and enhanced anti-clogging capabilities

Inkjet ink manufacturer, InkTec, has announced the launch of Absolute White, the latest evolution of its direct-to-film (DTF) ink technology.

Absolute White has been engineered to deliver exceptional whiteness, print stability, and environmental responsibility, with InkTec claiming that it “sets a new benchmark in the DTF printing landscape.”

Designed for professional-grade printing, Absolute White utilises new dispersion technology and filtration processes with the aim of achieving dense white coverage while using less ink, thereby boosting visual impact and cost-effectiveness.

Other key features of Absolute White include enhanced anti-clogging capabilities, with a ‘head-safe’ formulation designed for consistent, long-run performance with less maintenance and greater uptime.

The ink has also been developed with eco-consciousness in mind – it is free from glycol-based irritants, as well as being REACH and RoHS compliant.

InkTec says the new ink has been designed to match InkTec’s full DTF CMYK colour series in quality, colour vibrancy, adhesion, and jetting reliability.

Sarah Hall, consumable sales manager at InkTec Europe, says: “This isn't just a white ink – it's the absolute in white.

“We’ve responded to real-world production challenges by creating an ink that not only delivers flawless coverage but also reduces waste and downtime. The result is a cleaner, more reliable, and more sustainable print experience for our customers.”

As well as its assortment of inks, Inktec manufactures the JETRIX range of wide-format printers, which includes the 2.5 x 1.3m wide JETRIX LXa5 flatbed.

Inktec Europe recently reported the installation of an LXa5 by signage and graphic design company, Universal Graphix. The Essex-based sign and graphics company purchased the press as part of plans to grow its range of premium quality print solutions across a wider variety of applications.
