FESPA announces increased attendance at Global Print Expo 2025

FESPA has reported over 14,000 unique visitors at this year’s Global Print Expo, which it says has surpassed 2024 figures by 10.5%

The Federation of European Screen Printers Associations’ (FESPA) has reported that FESPA Global Print Expo had a total attendance of 23,061 at this year’s event with 14,036 unique visitors, surpassing 2024 figures by 10.5%.

FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 hosted hundreds of exhibitors from across the speciality print and signage sectors across eight halls at Messe Berlin from May 6th to 9th.

The exhibition featured the co-hosted European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, as well as the World Wrap Masters final. This year’s winner of World Wrap Masters was Filip Sørensen from Danish sign and wrapping provider, Profolie.

According to figures released by FESPA, visitors to the event travelled from 126 countries, with the largest audiences coming from Germany, Poland, Italy, and the UK, among others. The event was also host to over 100 product and technology launches from exhibiting companies.

The association posits that the exhibition remains a key platform for senior decision makers, with 87% of visitors reportedly holding decision-making positions and 71% being directors, CEOs, owners, or managers.

FESPA also reported a 44% increase in German attendees and a 117% increase in Polish attendees in comparison to Munich 2023, the last FESPA event in Germany.

“From exhibitors and awards winners, to conference speakers and visitors, it’s clear to see that FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events provided an exceptional platform for visionaries to meet and explore opportunities.”

FESPA announced that Barcelona will host FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, which is the first time it has been hosted in the city since 2012.

The 2026 event will take place between May 19th and 22nd at Fira de Barcelona. The co-located European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience are both set to return alongside the main show, with a new event, Sports Wear Pro, also teased for 2026.
