Provider of wide-format print solutions, Liyu England, has announced an expansion to its X Line range of printers and digital cutting tables
Liyu England has announced the expansion of its X Line range with a new UV flatbed, eco solvent roll printer, and digital cutting table.
The latest releases come after the February launch of the X Line Hybrid, a 2.1m hybrid printer which offers 2400dpi resolution, 5pl drop size, and compatibility with a number of inks and nearly ‘unlimited’ substrates.
The latest additions to the range are the X Line Flatbed Printer (2512 and 3020), the X Line Digital Cutting Machine, and the X Line Eco Solvent Roll Printer.
The X Line Flatbed Printer is an upgradable entry level industrial printer which is designed to offer reliability, versatility, and “room to grow”. The same has been said about the X Line Digital Cutting Machine, which has been designed “with budget in mind”.
The flatbed printer is available in two sizes – the 2512, which is 2.5m x 1.2m, and 3020, which is 3m x 2m. Liyu England says the latter includes advanced Ricoh Gen6 printheads for sharp, high-quality output.
The two options come with an upgradable head system, remote control vacuum zone system, and media alignment pop up pins. Also included with the with printer is UV LED curing, a twin-motor vacuum system, and ‘Just Add Heads’ technology.
The X Line Digital Cutting Machine has an automatic camera positioning system for complex patterns as well as a ready-built chassis, which Liyu says makes it robust, reliable, and modular.

The new X Line Solvent Roll Printer has been built for print professionals looking for speed, precision, and reliability. The machine has four Epson i3200 print heads which produce CMYK colours suited for banners and vehicle wraps with a print width of up to 3200mm.
The new presses are now cutter are available through Liyu England as well as its resellers Atech and Perfect Colours.
