William Smith Group 1832 (William Smith) has recently released VION VWrap Pro, a cast vinyl wrap film designed primarily for vehicle wrapping.

The vinyl film, which comes with either a gloss white or light grey permanent adhesive, features ‘VFLOW+’ air release channels which are designed to give a bubble-free finish. It also includes what William Smith has labelled “EZYGLIDE technology”, a feature which reportedly allows for easy repositioning of the vinyl.

Another feature touted by William Smith is the easy removal of the vinyl, which reportedly leaves no residue behind, making future updates more simple.

The product is designed with longevity in mind with a durability of ten years according to the company.

In a release on its website, William Smith says: “Every detail of VWrap Pro has been carefully engineered to simplify your work while delivering remarkable, professional results. VWrap Pro eliminates the challenges of installation, ensuring a seamless, perfect look with ease.”

Ideal applications of the VION VWrap Pro series include full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet branding, and stainless-steel wraps for both industrial and decorative projects.

The company recommend pairing the product with its VL10-G Gloss Overlaminate, which it is claimed will enhance vibrancy and long-lasting protection of the product.

The launch of the VION VWrap Pro series is one of a series of product releases by William Smith in recent months.

William Smith recently took part in vehicle wrapping trade show Wrapfest, which ran for two days at Silverstone Racing Circuit. The VION VWrap Pro was given an exclusive preview at the show, as well as the VION Automotive Window range, which launched earlier this year.

And in September, the VION VP5075 series of digital print film was introduced, designed for mid-term applications in signage, promotional graphics, interior decoration, and flat-sided vehicle graphics.
