Manufacturers AXYZ and WARDJet have officially announced an upcoming one-day trade show, which will demonstrate the companies’ latest cutting machine technologies.

The event is taking place on October 10th at AXYZ Automation in Telford. The location (54 Business Park) is considered the headquarters for the AXYZ’s parent company, Alliance Automotive Group (AAG).

The day will include live demonstrations and hands-on training for the latest CNC router and waterjet technologies from AXYZ and WARDJet.

Applications and product specialists will be on-site to provide training in best practices, answer questions, and educate on how to optimise manufacturing processes using the range of machines on display.

Among the machines on show will be the WARDJet APEX 60. The machine uses a 5-axis system, enabling precise cuts of up to 60°, and is designed for weld preparation, bevelling, and for the creation of complex shapes.

AXYZ will be showcasing its full range of solutions at the event, including its Infinite, Innovator, and Trident Router systems. Each machine will be operated live by members of the AXYZ team.

Among the machines being showcased is the AXYZ Woodworker CNC Router. The cutting machine has been advertised as an “all-in-one woodworking CNC solution”, designed for high-volume cabinetry and furniture production. It operates using direct servo drives coupled with a helical rack and is suitable for use with all types of wood. It comes with a range of standard options such as drill banks, label printers, and vacuum pods.

AAG’s MOVE software will also be demonstrated as part of the event. MOVE is designed to work in tandem with a CNC router machine in order to optimise its operation, simplifying tasks such as tool changes, work offset setups, file management, and cut speed optimisation.

In addition to the live demonstrations and training, attendees will have the chance to network with a range of companies within the cutting and printing industry, including Schmalz, Hexagon, and Inktec, all of which will be on-site to discuss their latest innovations.
