Provider of visual communication materials, Antalis, has acquired the Integart Group in Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Antalis is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPP Group Holdings which provides paper, packaging, and display solutions in Europe and Latin America.
The latest binding offer allows Antalis to expand its footprint in the visual communications market and build on Integart Group’s expertise in large-format print.
The acquired company, which was set up in 1994, offers a range of large-format materials, textiles, interior design solutions, and machinery for a variety of industries like media production, construction, and interior décor.
Commenting on the transaction, Hervé Poncin, chief executive officer of Antalis, says: “The acquisition of the Integart Group will strengthen our market position in Eastern Europe and enhance the execution of our growth plan in the visual communication market.”
The binding offer signed by Antalis is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, including the approval of the Polish competition authority.
With a consolidated turnover of €42m (£37.1m) and more than 200 employees in 2022, the Integart Group is a distributor of visual communication media and is headquartered in Poland with offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Sławomir Kot-Zaniewski, president of the Integart Group, adds: “Since its founding, our company has grown to be a highly specialised and reputable supplier of visual communication solutions and services for the advertising industry. Joining the Antalis group will make us a stronger player in the market and allow us to expand internationally.”
