The specialist in POS campaigns is proud to announce this latest accreditation

FERO, a provider of services in creative point of sale (POS), production, and fulfilment for retail, has announced it is now a Certified B Corporation, making it the first company in the UK POS industry to obtain the title.
In order to obtain certification, the company has to meet comprehensive standards across Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. Certified B Corporations are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders across these areas, not just shareholders, in order to balance profit and purpose.
Richard Saysell, managing director of FERO, comments: “In a world where significant change is needed, we wanted to take time to understand how we could genuinely improve our business and its wider impact on our stakeholder communities and environment.
“Due to the rigorous and exacting nature of B Corp assessment, we knew it would be well suited to stretch us now and into the future. I hope our Certification demonstrates to our clients, and all our stakeholders, how committed we are to working to the highest standards of social and environmental performance.”
FERO has worked on campaigns for brands and businesses such as Sports Direct, Superdrug, Rubik’s, and The Range. The company uses in-house litho and digital printing, along with its creative and digital services to bring customers “POS with personality”.
The POS and display industry has seen a surge in popularity since the slump caused by the pandemic as retailers looked to lure shoppers back to their stores and compete with online retailers.
Saysell adds: “We are immensely proud to have achieved B Corporation Certification but view this as a first step in our ongoing journey. The B Corporation Framework will continually push us to deliver more for our community, clients, colleagues, and suppliers.”
