SwissQprint offers a lot of advantages with its printers from their quality to modularity

Our new video series Sign7 is continuing to show the strengths of the various corners of the signage and wide-format print industries.

In this week’s video SignLink speak to Erskine Stewart, managing director of swissQprint UK, about the expertise of his UK team as well as the advancements of its latest printers.

The UK subsidiary in Bracknell features a demonstration/training centre that includes the Nyala 4 and Karibu machines, which SignLink got to see in action first-hand.

The most recent machine released by swissQprint was the Kudu in May 2022, which offers high-quality printing with extra capacity, more customisation, and ten colour channels for a wider range of applications.

In the video, Stewart explains: “The Kudu is another big step for us and it’s an exciting development because we’ve taken a completely different view of the design, engineering, and technology within our flatbed range.

“We’ve introduced a tenth channel now, so we have ten configurable channels in that system, and three rows of heads which allows us to print up to 300sq m per hour. So, you get all the great benefits of a flatbed system with extra configurability and productivity.”
