Suntae Park has been announced as the new managing director of Inketc Europe, joining the company from Inktec’s South Korean headquarters

InkTec Europe has announced the appointment of Suntae Park as its new managing director, who joins the company from Inktec’s headquarters in South Korea.
Park will replace Joey Kim, who has served as managing director of Inktec Europe for almost 21 years.
The European manufacturer and supplier of inkjet hardware, ink, and media has positioned the appointment as “marking an important step in the company’s continued growth and commitment to the European market.”
Park arrives to the role at Inktec Europe with significant experience in leadership, operational management, strategic planning, and international business. His career within InkTec and the wider Miwon Group has allowed him to gain expertise in Inktec’s organisational structure, its products, and the wider opportunities present in the print market.
In his new role, Park will work closely with InkTec Europe’s technical, operational, and commercial teams with the goal of building on the foundations already established by the business.
His focus will include strengthening relationships with customers, distributors, and partners while supporting the continued development of InkTec Europe’s three core business divisions of Hardware, Ink, and Media.
Park’s focus within the Hardware division will centre around the promotion and development of the JETRIX range, InkTec’s signature line of UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers.
Commenting on his appointment, Park says: “I’m delighted to be joining InkTec Europe as managing director and look forward to getting to understand the business deeply, working closely with our customers, distributors, and partners across the region.
“InkTec has a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer support, and I’m really excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow the business together.”
Reflecting on his over-two-decade span leading Inktec Europe, outgoing managing director Joey Kim says: “I would like to sincerely thank everyone from across the sector for their trust, support, and cooperation over the years.
“It has been a real privilege to be part of InkTec Europe’s journey, and I wish Suntae and the entire team every success for the future. I look forward to seeing the business continue to flourish and build on its many achievements.”
