The Big Print Network (TBPN), a newly-launched ambassador programme for wide- and superwide-format printers and sign-makers, has seen a host of recent signups, representing a cross-section of the UK industry.

Launched by media and hardware supplier, Innotech, earlier this year, TBPN gives carefully selected print businesses a ‘first sight’ of new Innotech products before they reach the wider market. The network also offers exclusive member-only promotions, invitations to VIP events, and Innotech-sponsored open days at its own premises.

FASTSIGNS Leicester North has become the latest member of TBPN, after meeting Innotech at a recent FASTSIGNS convention.

Membership to TBPN will provide the newly launched Leicester signage franchise with early access to Innotech products, exclusive promotions, and marketing support, in exchange for championing Innotech materials to its customer base.

Yaser Khan, managing director of FASTSIGNS Leicester North, says: “As a new business, building exposure is critical for us. Innotech’s TBPN is a great opportunity for us, giving us a network where members promote each other’s services and helping us reach a wider audience.”

The Leicester North branch is not the only member of TBPN within the FASTSIGNS UK network, with FASTSIGNS Bristol having also joined the members club to secure hands-on practice with new materials before they hit the wider commercial market.

Kieran Dallow, head of customer experience and marketing for Innotech, says: “The Big Print Network is growing fast and we are really pleased with how it is going.

“Many of the companies that have joined have been long-term customers, so it is great to welcome Yaser and the FASTSIGNS Leicester North team who are a new customer – and indeed, a new business. We are delighted to have them on board.”

Print provider, The Bracknell Print Room, became the inaugural member of TBPN, a company which has been operating since 1977 and is now in its third generation of family ownership.

Imagink, a print provider focusing on large- and small-format output including point of sale (POS) and hoardings, also became a member of TBPN earlier this month, joining the likes of exhibition, and display specialist, Time 2 Display, and retail graphics provider, Swytch Graphics.

Speaking during the launch of TBPN, Dallow said: “We've got some incredible customers who are real ambassadors for what we do but who have never said so publicly.

“This gives them the framework, the backing, and the community to do that. For newer businesses, it gives them an additional marketing and communications platform to help them grow their company.”

Membership for TBPN is free, with those interested able to apply to join via the Innotech website. However, each applicant must go through a vetting process to ensure the network provides genuine value to all of its members.
