William Smith has thrown its support behind a new loyalty programme from Avery Dennison, with the scheme set to reward professional vehicle wrapping and paint protection film specialists.

Through the Avery Dennison PPF Club, professional vehicle wrapping and paint protection film installers, applicators and converters can earn points for every square metre of eligible paint protection film they fit to cars and other vehicles.

Points, which can be exchanged for tools, training and industry experiences, are gained for every purchase of Avery Dennison Paint Protection Films in the SPF series. Customers can log their purchases through a digital platform that works on phones and laptops.

Avery Dennison says the aim is to recognise the day-to-day work of vehicle wrapping and PPF specialists and encourage repeat use of the Avery Dennison brand across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Lindsay Hutchinson, head of marketing at William Smith Group 1832, says the company is fully supportive of the programme, saying the scheme gives something practical back to the people fitting the film.

“The PPF Club is a new loyalty programme that is going to be released by Avery Dennison. I’ve seen an online demo of it, and it is fantastic,” she says, adding: “It is simple to use, and it genuinely rewards installers for the work they are already doing every day.

“Every metre they fit can now count towards tools, training or experiences that help grow their business.”

William Smith adds that its team will support customers who want to take part in the scheme and ensure they understand how to make the most of the rewards available.
