Designed to process small- to high-volume sheets, the machine can handle non-ferrous metals, aluminium, metal and aluminium composites (MCM/ACM), as well as alloys such as copper, zinc, brass and bronze using a range of special-purpose production tools.
The METALWORER is available in a choice of nine different-sized models including the 1.5 x 3m and 2.1 x 3m models. The machines are powered by AAG’s proprietary MOVE machine control software via a 22” multi-functional touchscreen control panel.
Features include direct-to-drive servomotors with built-in encoders, an aluminium T-Slot zoned vacuum deck and a special tool length sensor.
