Hybrid hands senior 3D print role to Pinder

Hybrid Services, the exclusive distributor for Mimaki in the UK and Ireland, has appointed Lochlan Pinder to the new role of 3D business development manager.

Pinder will focus on maximising both Hybrid’s and Mimaki’s presence within the 3D print market, highlighting how Mimaki technology can be used to produced applications across a variety of sectors.

This, Hybrid says, will be based around the new Mimaki 3DUJ-2207 3D printing technology.

He joins Hybrid with a decade of 3D and wide-format print experience at manufacturers and resellers in both technical and sales capacities.

“I am very much looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead,” Pinder says, adding: “Mimaki has an unparalleled reputation for innovation, and the current 3D product line-up confirms this.

Lochlan is ideally placed to add to Hybrid’s areas of specialist knowledge and will quickly play a key role in the sales and business development team

“The potential for businesses within a range of industries to benefit from this unique technology is huge, and I relish the chance to help companies select the best solution for their needs.”

Hybrid managing director Brett Newman adds: “In a period of significant development and product launches throughout the 3D range, Lochlan’s experience and drive will enable us to take these exciting new products to a wide variety of customers, supporting our reseller partners along the way.

“Lochlan is ideally placed to add to Hybrid’s areas of specialist knowledge and will quickly play a key role in the sales and business development team.”
