Sagetech reflects on successful showcase

Vertical panel saw manufacturer Sagetech has paid tribute to its attendance at this year’s W16 Woodworking Machinery Show, after it used the event to launch its re-engineered popular ZM range.

Sagetech said that as a result of showing the products at the event, it has had to ramp up production in order to meet demand, with industry members showing interest in both the ZM12 and ZM16 models.

The new-look products employ laser cut edges, which Sagetech says helps to achieve more accuracy, as well as enhanced bearing systems for smoother running and high precision.

“They were met with a highly positive response from all who visited their stand,” Sagetech said in a statement.

“That positive response came not just from the attractive pricing, but also from the enhanced precision now being achieved from this updated model.

“With woodworkers seeking much higher accuracy levels than those normally required in the sign-making industry, the machine’s resulting performance is set to be particularly attractive to sign-makers.”
