From its Chippenham facility, Image Factory designs and manufacturers point-of-purchase (POP), window displays and retail point-of-sale (POS) products.

Service Graphics provides print, design and digital services, as well as large-format print and display solutions.

As well as acquiring Image Factory’s portfolio of services, Service Graphics will also acquire its stand-alone design studio, Image Creative, where the team creates innovative retail solutions.

Image Factory’s current managing director, Terry Smith, will continue to manage and develop this with his existing management team.

Service Graphics has 22 high street print centres, four factory production sites, four sales offices and 15 embed facilities managed print centres. The acquisition will allow it to broaden its offerings further with customers of both firms benefitting.
