Operated by the Human Milk Foundation, Epson’s official charity partner in the UK, the ‘Mobile Milk’ Smart car delivers milk to families and hospitals across Hertfordshire and East Anglia.

The charity was keen to wrap the vehicle in a creative, vibrant and stand out design to help raise general awareness of the charity and its services. Epson teamed up with local school Longdean and launched a competition for its students to create a design for the Milk-Mobile.

After the winning design was selected, Epson used one of its SureColor SC-S80600 wide-format printers to print the designs, with local car wrapping specialist Max Media Prints wrapping the vehicle.

Says Daniel Quelch, sustainability manager at Epson UK, says: “The application of our product solutions to support the Human Milk Foundation has been a key component in our partnership and we’re glad to see this exciting project come to life with the help of Epson’s large format signage printers.

“Working with Longdean School to engage its students with raising awareness for our charity partner has been tremendous fun and we hope that through activities such as this, we become one step closer to getting the Human Milk Foundation the much needed support they need to meet the increased demand from families across the country.”
