Signs & Labels Hereford set for expansion
Signs & Labels Hereford has revealed that the decision behind its purchase of a new Mimaki JFX200-2513 from Stanford Marsh Group Graphics (SMGG) was based on plans to expand into new markets

Hereford Signs & Labels part-funded the new investment with a £10,000 grant from Hereford & Worcester Council
The company says the new device will allow it to take on work that involves printing onto various materials such as mirrors and wood.
The machine is capable of printing on material measuring 8ft x 4ft and up to 50mm thick.
John Hughes, director at Hereford Signs & Labels, comments: “The new Mimaki printer has been invaluable as it reduces our production time significantly, negating the mounting of vinyl onto rigid substrates, and enables us to target new markets.”

The company was also able to reduce the cost of the new investment after liaising with Hereford & Worcester Council, which awarded the firm a £10,000 business development payment towards the machine’s cost.
“The Mimaki printer has opened up many new opportunities for us as we’ve been able to print on a wider variety of materials, from mirrors through to metals, plastics and wood,” Hughes adds.
“All of these first class signage and display solutions are being created and manufactured in our premises in Hereford and delivered to our customers in the local area.”
