Kernow Coatings floors it with new media
OEM certified printable digital synthetic papers manufacturer Kernow Coatings has rolled out a new printable PVC-free outdoor floor graphic media in the form of KernowJet RoadSharK 200XFG.

KernowJet RoadSharK 200XFG is compatible with solvent, latex and UV inks
Forming part of the existing KernowJet wide-format range of solutions, the new product is a textured multi-core PVC-Free film with what Kernow describes as high conformability and optimised pressure sensitive adhesive for exterior floor signage applications.
KernowJet RoadSharK 200XFG is designed for use in outdoor applications on concrete paving, bitumen, brickwork and asphalt or uneven surfaces and is compatible with solvent, latex and UV inks.
The product also features an R12 and PTV >36 Low Slip certification, which Kernow says lowers the risk of slips and trips in wet and dry conditions in harsh outdoor environments.
Stephan Lefevre, product manager at Kernow, comments: “KernowJet RoadsharK 200XFG removes the need for time consuming lamination and is the ideal solution for social distancing messages that will help customers and visitors stay a safe distance apart, whilst reinforcing important safety messages in an outdoor environment.
“It is also customisable to a client’s needs with printed branding or advertising messages.”
