Standing strong with Iron Design

Signage specialist Iron Design turned its manufacturing capacity to producing a new stand to help businesses safely reopen after the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdown.

The new Hygiene Stand starter kit comes equipped with two bottles of hand sanitiser and a box of gloves

Produced after consulting with some of its sign shop customers, the new Hygiene Stand can hold two bottle of hand sanitiser and a box of disposable gloves, as well as an A4 notice holder.

The starter kit comes fully equipped with two full bottles of hand sanitiser and a box of gloves, with the stand available from the Iron Design website.

“The Hygiene Stand is ideally situated at the entrance to the shop to enable both staff and customers to sanitise their hands before entering the business,” Iron Design says, adding: “This greatly reduces the possibility of contaminating goods and surfaces.”

The launch comes at a critical point in the UK’s battle against Covid-19, with the government having recently announced that retail shops can begin to reopen from June 15th.

However, stores will only be permitted to reopen if they are able to meet a list of strict criteria that ensure they can protect both staff and customers. As such, the new Hygiene Stand could prove to be a critical component of shops’ reopening strategies.

The Hygiene Stand is available for resale at signage shops, with those interested in the product able to find out more from Iron Designs.
