Midwich handed over the donation following a two-year fundraising effort, with the company set to build on this by extending its partnership with the charity until December 2021.

Staff were able to generate funds through a number of different initiatives, such as an annual quiz, Christmas raffle and the ‘10 Million Steps for Mind Challenge’.

In addition, Midwich staff have volunteered more than 100 hours to the charity’s shop in Diss town centre and donated more than 315kg of worthwhile items.

“We would like to thank all the staff at Midwich for the fantastic ways in which they have fundraised for us,” Norfolk and Waveney Mind fundraising manager Alexandra Haswell comments.
