Arlon says its material can be used for floor graphics to help encourage social distancing in retail stores

The EN 14041 certification applies to Arlon’s Series 3420 Matte and Series 3510 Matte, which the supplier says can be used to upgrade regular floor and carpet graphic.

Series 3420 Matte and Series 3510 Matte are designed for interior, short-term floor graphic applications such as smooth floors, sealed concrete, ceramic tile, waxed vinyl flooring, sealed wood, marble and terrazzo.

Tess Launay, marketing manager EMEA at Arlon, says floor graphics are now more important than ever, given the role that they have to play in encouraging social distancing. And with more retail shops set to reopen in the UK later this month, demand for such solutions is likely to increase.

“Leading and informing consumers to ensure social distancing has now become a standard that businesses must adopt.” Launay explains.

“Arlon is pleased to announce that its Series 3420 Matte and Series 3510 Matte overlaminates are approved slip-resistant to give its customers the best in floors signage.”
