Ocean Outdoor pens key deal with URW

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has appointed Ocean Outdoor as the strategic media partner for its Westfield Fisketorvet shopping, dining and leisure destination in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Westfield Fisketorvet by URW in Copenahgen is aiming to increase footfall from 8.2 million to 11 million in the next five years

The seven-year contract, which has a lifetime value of £7m, will see Ocean Outdoor develop the in-mall experience via a network of 25 digital screens and a new double-sided screen. 

Ocean Outdoor will also overhaul the outside of Westfield Fisketorvet with a second external full motion screen.

The deal also expands Ocean’s premium digital-out-of-home portfolio to 24 European URW shopping malls, including Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, and the exclusive external rights at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City in the UK.
