PPDS passes major sales milestone for MediaSuite

Digital displays specialist PPDS has surpassed 100,000 sales of its Philips MediaSuite range since launching the technology in July 2019.

The Chromecast built-in Philips MediaSuite TVs are designed for use within hospitality environments, with the technology having also been rolled out in hospitals and student accommodation.

Built on an Android TV OS, the Philips-branded TVs carry PPDS’ unique ‘Extended Lifetime’ promise, ensuring all MediaSuites offer a consistent experience.

Franck Racapé, commercial vice president EMEA at PPDS, comments: “When we launched the Philips MediaSuite at ISE 2019 it was the culmination of years of extensive research and discussion with hotels, whether small independents or multi-national groups, to understand and to provide a solution that meets their own and their guest needs, not just for today, but into the future, too.
