MacroArt acquired by US display company
The specialist in wide-format branding has reached a deal with Moss, a brand experience company

MacroArt, a UK-based wide-format print, graphics, and branding specialist, has announced a new acquisition deal with US company, Moss.
Moss, which is based in Chicago, Illinois, is a producer of premium graphics, complex structures, and custom installations for brand experiences.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed but the move does highlight Moss’s strategy to build more sustainable, high-quality brand experiences for customers around the world.
The senior leadership at MacroArt, including managing director Michael Green, will remain the same according to Moss which will work with the company to expand the portfolios of both businesses.
Green says: “Moss is a leading global player and its investment in MacroArt is a testament to the talent of our people and the loyalty of our customers.”
Moss provides a range of exhibition, graphic, and signage products including exhibition booths, silicone edge graphic (SEG) fabric and frames, lightboxes, and banners.
The organisation has a longstanding presence and customer base in Europe with offices and operations in
Germany and its recently opened Polish facility.
The MacroArt team will report to Moss president and chief executive officer, Jason Popp, who states: “We are delighted to welcome the talented MacroArt team and their clients to Moss and look forward to an exciting future ahead.
“Our footprint of production facilities in the US, Germany, Poland, and now the UK ensures we are able to support clients in a consistent and effective way regardless of where their branded experience is.”
MacroArt, which was founded in 1992, works with a variety of clients including big brands and their agencies.
The company has experienced a lot of success in 2023 including winning Wide-format Printer of the Year: 30 + employees at the UK Graphic Awards
