FESPA's World Wrap Masters will see 36 individuals take part in the event, sponsored by 3M and Mutoh, to win the title of World Wrap Master.

Duncan MacOwan, head of new media and events at FESPA, says: “The Wrap Hub and World Wrap Masters will undoubtedly see some strong competition among wrap experts looking to be crowned champion, as well as lots of sharing of skills, tips and tricks between competitors. I’m also looking forward to seeing visitors try their hand at wrapping, so they can see the complexity and finesse involved.”

Opel 'Adam' cars will be wrapped, as well as 2m tall rockets and Scandinavian designed vacuum jugs from Eva Solo. This will see the wrapping enthusiasts push their skills with applications that are far from the ordinary. Visitors will also have the opportunity to wrap car doors at the wrap hub.

Judging the wrapping competition will be Ole Solskin Ravn, owner of SUNTINT A/S, Denmark, Klaus Willekens of 3M, and Justin Pate, 3M certified graphics instructor.

The qualifiers will join regional champions from around the world, and the top 12 will compete in the final in the last two days of FESPA. The top three will win €2,500 (£1,800 approx.), €1,250 (£900 approx.), and €750 (£540 approx.), while all competitors will walk away with wrapping accessories.
