It's that time again

Although it may seem significantly less than a year ago, it is time once again to flock to the NEC to see the latest developments in the world of sign-making at Sign and Digital UK. It is interesting to note looking back through SignLink from this time last year, the larger proportion of features that are in the magazine this time around. With ten features in 2015 and 15 this year, it is not only clear that our industry is growing, but it also highlights the many different areas there really are in our multifaceted industry.

Perhaps it will even inspire you to take up a new skill yourself or add an extra service to your business

From all of the new materials being brought to the market to fulfil applications in vehicle wrapping, interior decorating, and textiles (p77), to getting back to basics and finding out more about traditional sign-writing techniques that have some stunningly vintage results (p87), there is more than just a handful of topics to feast your eyes on. Perhaps it will even inspire you to take up a new skill yourself or add an extra service to your business. What is certain is that all of the different areas explored in this issue have the potential to add something to your business.

Adding something to your business, after all, is one of the key reasons to visit an exhibition such as Sign and Digital UK. To get ideas, to find equipment that could knock time off of your production, and to talk to other people in the industry, are all surely worth the day out. You can read the latest SignLink issue in our online archive.
