The Hartford-based company was awarded the contract for the wide-ranging project in September by Cheshire West and Chester Council, with a remit to improve the look of empty commercial units in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich and Winsford.
Facilitated by the government’s ‘Welcome Back Fund’, the window vinyl project forms part of a wider re-opening programme in the borough, with the aim of aiding economic recovery and increase footfall and dwell time on high streets.
“The eye-catching murals link in with each location’s heritage and community spirit while also adding colourful and vibrant tones for passers-by to enjoy,” says Councillor Louise Gittins, leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council.
“I hope these graphics help to connect residents and visitors with the places they live, work and spend leisure time.”

Wendy Batey-Gray, director at Signs 24-7, adds: “It’s been a pleasure to work with the council as they aim to help the region bounce back from the pandemic and get on the road to recovery.
“We feel as though the graphics inject vibrancy across the high streets where they have been installed and hope people take some time to check them out on their visits at each location.
“It’s so important for people to shop local to support the businesses on their doorstep.”
