Lights, camera, action for TheMagicTouch

Printing equipment and materials supplier TheMagicTouch has revamped its showrooms and training facilities in order to offer online demonstrations to customers across the UK.

The refurbishment included the installation of new high definition cameras, allowing the company to conduct live demos, as well as offer technical support and product updates.

So far this month, TheMagicTouch has already completed over 25 product demonstrations featuring the white-toner printer technology and also hosted 10 technical support sessions including software tips, RIP tutorials and facemask decoration.

All demonstrations are pre-booked and customers can forward in advance their chosen artwork to be used during the session, after which printed samples are produced and sent to the customer for their evaluation.

Jim Nicol, managing director of TheMagicTouch, comments: ”With almost 29 years of service to the industry we have always maintained our business and reputation by ensuring our service levels not only match customer expectations but exceed them.

“This new technology, when managed properly, will enhance and improve this even further in the future.”
