Soyang Europe sees demand spike for AlumiGraphics

Printable materials manufacturer and distributor Soyang Europe has revealed that the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) recovery process has led to a significant rise in demand for its AlumiGraphics products.

Developed in partnership with US wide-format digital print media manufacturer FloorSignage, the aluminium foil-based substrate is suitable for sign-makers and printers seeking a long lasting and slip resistant flooring material that can be used on interior and exterior surfaces.

Since Covid-19 restrictions were eased, Soyang Europe has seen a large uptake in AlumiGraphics Grip, with the product being used as floor graphics to encourage social distancing on outdoor walkways, pavements and forecourts.

“We could see the potential requirement was going to be vast,” Soyang Europe’s managing director Mark Mashiter comments.

“With AlumiGraphics Grip proven as the most reliable mid to long term solution for external applications, we made the leap and invested heavily in order to bring significant inventory to the UK, on a planned schedule to meet demand.”

Micah Causey, vice president of business development at FloorSignage, adds: “The result of the long-term commitment that Soyang Europe has made with the AlumiGraphics range is that it has elevated itself as an industry leader.

“We’re working hand-in-hand with Soyang Europe to support printers and end users across the UK and Ireland.”
