CIM hands development role to Lake

Norfolk-based CIM Signs & Graphics has announced the appointment of Tom Lake as its new business development manager.

Lake joins the business having most recently served as customer experience manager at private education provider Kingswood.

In his new role, Lake will be responsible for proactive sales across all areas of the business, including interior and exterior signs, store fascias and wall coverings.

“Lockdown has given me the chance to really get under the skin of CIM, which has a vast range of customers in a variety of industries that come to the business for different products and services,” Lake says.

“I’m most looking forward to getting out there to meet people and showcase our extensive print and graphics capabilities when I’m able to, but in the meantime, video calls, phone and email are proving to be a great way to make introductions and take orders.”

Mark Baker, managing director of CIM, adds: “We’re really pleased to have Tom onboard and, despite these challenging times, he has already proven to be a great addition to the team.

“We’re in the fortunate position of having lots of loyal customers who keep coming back to CIM, but with Tom’s help, we’re looking forward to branching out further to proactively reach more businesses across East Anglia and beyond.”
