Smith Sign and Display sets out new service

Smith Sign and Display, part of the William Smith Group 1832 business, has set out details of a new service, offering customers a 72-hour turnaround on non-fret cut tray signs.

Billed as one of the quickest lead times in the industry, Smith Sign and Display says the new service has been launched in response to customer feedback.

The manufacturing processes behind the service offering will remain the same, with non-fret cut tray signs to be supplied with applied vinyl, digital print or powder coated, with up to 150 RAL colours available.

Chris Bradley, head of marketing for Smith Sign and Display, says: “Providing excellent service has always been one of our core values, however, if we can provide that same service even quicker, without impacting on the quality, then it’s a win for everyone.

“The manufacturing processes are the same, but by fine tuning the process, the turnaround times have been reduced.

“Tray Signs are a staple of the industry, so to be able to offer such impressive lead times on a key product is even more pleasing. Hopefully, this latest news story gives everyone a little boost for the months ahead.“
