QPS offers reassurance amid Covid-19 crisis

Wide-format print equipment supplier Quality Print Services (QPS) has moved to reassure customers that it will be on hand to assist companies when they move to reopen after the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdown.

QPS has been providing technical support alongside its selection of inks, media, printers and software since 1997, and is well placed to offer guidance on a wide range of print kit.

Chris Bailey, managing director at QPS, says that as some print companies may experience technical problems when starting up kit again, due to it lying unused for a number of weeks, his team of experts will be on hand to help.

“When it comes to returning to some form of normality, or a new version of what we know to be normal, printers will need to get going as soon as possible,” Bailey says.

“But for some, the shutdown process may have either not been practical, or forgotten. For those in need, our technical support team are ready, willing and able to help.

“While none of us can predict what the future holds right now, it is safe to say that when businesses can return, the climate of tight margins and even tighter lead times is likely to return too. This makes it more important than ever to have a reliable support system in place.”
