Wide Open Print moves online

ArtSystems’ Wide Open Print Forum has moved online, following the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

Originally, the Décor event had been due to take place April 8th at London Bridge, but staying in-line with government guidelines, there will now be a series of live webinars.

The first webinar will demonstrate lucrative business opportunities arising from décor applications, as well as showcasing how barriers facing print-service-providers that wish to expand into décor can be broken down. This will take place April 23rd between 10:30am and 11:15am, with a focus on wall covering and décor media substrates enabled with ColorPRO technology.

We could see that in the current climate it was simply not practical or recommended to continue with the planned event

Large-format media marketing product manager, Maria Jesus Perez and Ivan Cruz, partner marketing manager, both from HP Media Supplies and Solutions, will be on hand to offer information as well as answer questions.

“We could see that in the current climate it was simply not practical or recommended to continue with the planned event,” explains Russell Harpham, sales and marketing direct at ArtSystems.

“However, we still have valuable content prepared and ready to share – this is clearly a sector of keen interest. Supported by BPIF [British Printing Industries Federation] and LFR, and in collaboration with our key speakers from HP, and Dimense, we have created a series of webinars which will provide access to the same knowledge and information in a safe and easily-accessible.”
