Pairing digital with textiles

W&Co is the pioneer behind a new Freestanding LCD Digital Fabric Totem which combines the use of printed tension fabric and digital signage to create a “unique viewing experience”.

The standard sizes for the screens are 43”, 49” and 55” but customers can choose their own sizes for their specific needs. They can also be double- or single-sided.

The screens are versatile in that customers can update the content themselves directly via USB. There is also the option to connect the screens to Wi-Fi and local area network (LAN) for even greater flexibility.

If the user demands, they can fit the signage with a touch screen to create an interactive experience for viewers.

Traditionally customers would only be able to update their displays via vinyl application which can be costly and time consuming to update as there is often the requirement for a specialist fitter

Traditionally customers would only be able to update their displays via vinyl application which can be costly and time consuming to update as there is often the requirement for a specialist fitter.

According to W&Co, with its new solution, digital displays can be updated more cost effectively.

The screens can be placed next to each other for wider spaces or can be standalone meaning they can be used for a variety of functions such as hospitality events, exhibitions, hospitals and hotels.

Film fans will also benefit from the new screens as W&Co say they can be used in cinema foyers.
