Mimaki worldwide launch at The Print Show

The Print Show will host the worldwide launch of the Mimaki JV300Plus Series super-fast wide-format solvent printer, and the CJV300Plus Series integrated printer/cutter.

Hybrid Services has announced that this launch will also take place alongside the previously announced UK and Europe launches.

Brett Newman, chief operations manager at Hybrid, comments: “We are delighted to be able to wow visitors to The Print Show with the global launch of these two next-generation products from Mimaki that have a number of additional features and benefits that we are certain will impress the market.”

Both the Mimaki CJV300Plus and JV300Plus are available at 1.6m-wide, with the introduction of new 600ml ink bags placed within a reusable eco cartridge.

Newman continues: “Not only will these 600ml ink bags increase the green credentials of the Mimaki range, they will significantly reduce ink costs, providing greater profitability to print providers.”

Further features of the CVJ300Plus Series printer/cutter include a new ID Cut function to improve speed. The barcode contains cutting and rotation information allowing the machine to automate the cutting process. On top of that, there is also a production mode and Mimaki’s core technologies such as the Advanced Pass System (MAPS4) which ensures seamless functionality.

Mimaki and Hybrid Services are bringing the fight to this year’s event, with a further global release in the Mimaki CG-FXIIPlus, which was also announced following the European launch of the Mimaki SWJ-320EA and the UK launch of the Mimaki JFX200-2513EX flatbed LED UV printer.

On the JFX200-2513EX, Newman comments: “This is a great opportunity for visitors to have first eyes on this high-speed and quality printer that is anticipated to take the large format indoor and outdoor markets by storm. The Mimaki JFX200 is the flatbed of choice for many reasons. The new model is faster and even easier to use and looks set to continue the range’s dominance in the sector.”

The Print Show opens its doors today at 10am in Hall 9 of the NEC in Birmingham. The show runs from the 17th to the 19th of September, from 10am-5pm and 10am-4pm on Thursday.
