The partnership will see Ocean sell international brand campaigns across the Phoenix Metropolis Media portfolio as well as allowing clients of Phoenix Metropolis Media to access the Ocean Alliance network in cities outside of China.
As out-of-home (OOH) is the third biggest media channel after TV and the internet in China, the alliance further strengthens Ocean Outdoor’s network with Phoenix Metropolis Media’s portfolio covering the entire country.
