250 displays added to London shopping centres

Visitors of two London shopping centres will now have access to information, advertising and engaging content while they shop following the installation of 250 bespoke digital displays.

Following the deployment of over 170 displays throughout Westfield’s London White City shopping centre earlier this year, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield made the decision to commission a further 80 at Westfield’s Stratford shopping centre.

Manufactured by Trueform, the displays offer marketing platforms for brands as well as enhance shoppers’ overall experience.

The 75in double-sided digital displays are built in to “elegantly designed housings” and are fitted with CCTV cameras and Trueform’s smart control technology.

The installation of the pods is part of Westfield’s ongoing digital retail advertising expansion – a move the shopping centre describes as “consolidating its position as a world-leading retail and entertainment destination”.

“This additional order from Westfield is a major endorsement for Trueform and our premium range of indoor and outdoor digital advertising products,” says Jonathan Morley, chief executive officer of Trueform Digital.

“Following our great success and great working relationship with the Westfield team at their stunning White City shopping centre, this latest award provides a further premium showcase of our capabilities in the digital retail signage market and a further huge endorsement of Trueform Digital’s expertise,” adds Morley.
