New digital display solutions launched

New LEDs, Android 7 OS and market-specific touch-screen models were all highlights of the Philips Professional Display Solutions digital display at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2019.

The digital display specialist unveiled a host of new display models at the trade show which is the world’s largest exhibition of audio visual and systems integration.

Visitors to the booth were treated to demonstrations of a number of customer-focused technologies and solutions.
Following the successful debut of a 110” prototype LED display at ISE 2018, Philips PDS identified a need for wider scale implementation, and launched six new modular indoor LED products at this year’s show.

Offering faster, more secure connectivity, Android 7 has been integrated throughout the new D-Line range. This built-in Android OS enables businesses to provide fast deployment of scheduled content.

The firm has also expanded its T-Line touch screen range of displays adding three new models to its portfolio, including a 24” touch display.

In 2018, Philips PDS upgraded its introductory Q-Line to 4K and Android performance. At ISE 2019, the firm debuted a 55” 4K non-Android display designed to bring additional options to its range. The new product is targeted at customers with a requirement for a very high-quality display.

Commenting on the firm’s most recent developments, general manager for EMEA & NA, Chris Colpaert says: “The Philips Professional Display Solutions stand is an essential visit at ISE, especially for those wishing to see the latest technologies presented, not just in isolation, but as part of a highly integrated hardware/software solution, truly designed with vertical markets and customers’ needs front of mind.”
