Semaphore in Cardiff acquired by local firm

The firm says in a statement the deal creates ‘one of the largest print and signage companies in the city.’

In an open letter to customers the company says Semaphore has been an instrumental figure in the signage market for the last 30 years, but its owner John Marshall had decided to retire. Semaphore will continue to trade under its own name and will move to new premises in Cardiff Bay.
