OKI steps up UK strategy

In a move that has seen OKI Europe increase its fire power in the battle for market share of the wide-format sector, it has agreed a deal for Print Partnership Reprographics to become a reseller partner for its wide-format Color Painter range.

Print Partnership Reprographics, an independent supplier of printing equipment and printing services, specialising in wide-format, will now be able to offer kit from the Color Painter portfolio, such as the E64s, to its customers.

Rob Brown, head of industry print at OKI, comments: “Print Partnership is a company dedicated to supplying only print and printing equipment at affordable prices, but without compromising on service, so it’s a great fit with OKI.

“We also believe access to OKI’s E64s opens up potential in a whole range of areas including building and vehicle wraps, exhibition graphics, banners, backlit signage, fleet and vehicle graphics and wall and floor graphics.”

Jim Harwood, business director and owner of Print Partnership says he is delighted to add such a quality range of eco-solvent printers to his range, opening up the potential for indoor and outdoor applications for his customers:  “In particular, I see OKI’s newest addition to the well-established Color Painter range, the E64s, being a popular choice for our customers.”

The E64s is an affordable option for sign and graphics businesses wanting to stick to realistic costs of adoption. At the same time, it takes advantage of OKI’s advanced SX ink and proven print technologies inherited from high-end models.

The low-odour SX ink improves working environments while achieving a wide range of colours, vivid glossy prints, high density colour, superior outdoor durability and low operating costs, making it ideal for a broad range of interior and exterior applications from vehicle wraps to backlit displays.
