Applelec double down with new talent

Hundreds of manufacturers and suppliers across the UK sign industry have great products and very hard-working staff producing them, but it is all for nothing if they cannot convert that potential into company growth.

That is why Applelec has invested in two new members of its support and sales team in the form of Aimee Kinsella and David Mullaney.

Kinsella has joined the signage sales team while Mullaney takes on a newly created role supporting customers with enquiries for the Sloan LED product range, which is now supplied by Applelec.

“Our latest recruits each bring new skills and ideas to our great team, and I'm delighted to welcome them both to the company,” says Ian Drinkwater, Applelec’s managing director, who adds: “Our commitment to providing an exceptional sales service for customers means we are investing heavily in this area.”

Kinsella joins Applelec following eight years’ employment with a software developer specialising in case management systems for the legal services industry.

Mullaney brings a mix of customer facing sales experience and knowledge of detailed product reporting to his newly created role at Applelec supporting Sloan LED sales. Prior to joining Applelec, he was a product coordinator for a greeting card manufacturer, where his role involved liaising with global manufacturers, generating reports, and monitoring stock levels.
