Silk screen manufacturer backs stroke charity

Cadisch has thrown is support behind the Stroke Association’s ‘Make May Purple’ campaign by promising to make a donation for every entry sent to the charity by print companies.

The silk screen manufacturer’s Katie Robinsons says: “We are trying to raise awareness for the Stroke Association’s ‘Make May Purple’ initiative by encouraging printers to send in pictures of their screen prints - and for every picture we receive, we are sending a donation to the Stroke Association.

“We’d really like to get as many printers involved as possible, so that we can raise some good money for the Association. Its success does rely on the amount of entries received.”

The Stroke Association says: “Make May Purple for stroke is our annual stroke awareness month, taking place every May. Friends, families and communities are invited to show their support for people who have been affected by stroke. Across the UK more than a million people are rebuilding their lives after stroke, and the number of people affected by stroke is set to rise.
