Perfect Colours scoops competitors with Inca deal

In a major coup for large-format printer solutions supplier Perfect Colours, it has been named as a UK distributor for the new Inca Spyder X dual flatbed/roll-to-roll printer.

The news will no doubt cause waves across the sector, as the premium Inca brand is only supplied by a very few select companies across Europe.

“Perfect Colours strives to select best-in-category products for its portfolio, so Inca’s Spyder X is a perfect fit,” says Jon Telling, sales director of Perfect Colours.

He adds: “Demand for mid-range, dedicated flat-beds is soaring in the sign and graphics market and the Inca name already has a deserved reputation for consistency and quality, which is in line with our own brand ambitions.

“The fact that the Spyder X is engineered and manufactured in the UK appeals to Perfect Colours and our customers alike and we’re enthusiastic to take it to a new audience.”

John Mills, chief executive officer of Inca Digital, says: “We are delighted that Perfect Colours is joining Inca’s network of resellers.

"The company is well-recognised in the UK for providing a first-rate sales and after-service to its customers and with its considerable knowledge and expertise within the large-format sector we are very confident that it will be a successful partnership.”

Almost 700 Inca printers are in operation globally today, all designed and manufactured at Inca’s headquarters in Cambridge. The company is widely regarded as one of the technologies founding fathers.
