Amscreen go wider

Outdoor screen firm Amscreen has revealed its plans for a new range of larger format digital signage, including an 84” display.

The ambitious new project comes after key competitor JCDecaux outlined plans to make the UK the global capital for digital outdoor. The new products are set to be launched in 2017, giving customers the choice between 75” or 84” modular screens, for freestanding or integrated bus shelter units.

We’re confident that we’ll be seeing more of our new products on Europe’s high-streets in the not too distant future

Chief executive officer of Amscreen Simon Sugar comments: “The criteria for success of our 70” products will also be embodied in the development of the new 84” products. From the very beginning, we understood the importance of ease of installation and maintenance which in turn would ensure minimal disruption to the high-street and therefore ultimately speed of deployment.

“Combine this with our stunning, sunlight visible displays and remote monitoring capabilities and we’re confident that we’ll be seeing more of our new products on Europe’s high-streets in the not too distant future.”
