Clear Channel storms Manchester

Clear Channel has taken another bit out of its key competitors by unveiling the latest site for its ‘super premium digital brand’, Storm.

“We’re extremely excited to be launching Storm Mancunian Junction—the first of three brand new Storm sites coming soon to Manchester,” says Aimee McKay, managing director at Storm, who adds: “Manchester is one of the UK’s key cities, and this unique site design creates huge impact and stand-out for advertisers, delivering Fame on Demand on one of the city's busiest commuter routes.”

‘Storm Mancunian Junction’ is located on Mancunian Way, close to Manchester Piccadilly train station, and is the 22nd site in the Storm portfolio.

The new site has been inspired by Antony Gormley’s famous Angel of the North sculpture, with Corten steel gradually weathering over time to transform the site to complement its urban environment.

Storm’s expanding portfolio places the brand at the forefront of the UK out-of-home market. And with more sites set to come throughout the year, this strong presence is only set to grow.
