Sign boss scores monster new role

Known for his work in the local community, managing director of Hollywood Monster Tim Andrews has a new position—chief executive officer of Birmingham City Ladies Football Club.

The expanding Birmingham signage firm has sponsored the leading Women’s Super League team for the past five years, something of a ‘win-win’ for the firm, as it supports a local team and raises the profile of Hollywood Monster.

Andrews says of his appointment: “I am honoured and truly delighted to be taking on this role at BCLFC.

Over the past five years I have got to know both the management team and players well and have seen the club really embrace the increasing popularity of women’s football in the UK and across the world

“Over the past five years I have got to know both the management team and players well and have seen the club really embrace the increasing popularity of women’s football in the UK and across the world.”

Andrews has previously been recognised for his charity work in and around the Birmingham area, and says that the support from his colleagues plays a big part in being able to find the balance between supporting local projects and businesses, and the everyday pressures of running a successful signage business.
